Innovation Project
As you know, the Innovation Project is well underway. The project team has proposed revisions to the Certificate training content and structure - including some new approaches to delivery and assessments.
Along the way, the Team and the RRG (Resource Reference Group) has actively encouraged input and feedback from trainers, participants, and Affiliates - most recently through forums and webinars.  The team remains very interested in sharing information about the project with all stakeholders and, likewise responding to questions, comments, suggestions, and other meaningful engagement.
A little summary
During November and December, project work was focused on designing the course structure options for the renewal and consulting with the trainer community in that regard.
  • Results of the learning objectives survey were communicated to the licensed trainers via the Trainer Communique;
  • Course structure options were designed by the Project Team; followed by an on-line forum (Dec 5) to consult with the trainer community on the two proposed options.
  • Course contents for the renewal were aligned with learning objectives and presented to the training community in a Briefing Paper followed by two webinars (Dec 19 and 20) to consult with trainers further on the proposed course structure options.
  • Q&A documents and webinar recordings were prepared and circulated to all trainers for their reference.
Please note that a call for contributions for teaching and learning materials will be addressed to licensed trainers and summitteers at the beginning of February !
