IAP2 Federation Improves Process to Become an IAP2 Foundations Licensed TrainerMarch 14, 2018
Why did IAP2 decide to revise the process to become an IAP2 Foundations Licensed Trainer?In 2017, IAP2 piloted a new process for becoming a Foundations Licensed Trainer. Throughout 2017, feedback on the process was collected from applicants, faculty, trainer candidates, and staff. IAP2 has used that feedback to re-design the first two steps to increase efficiency and provide more transparency for applicants. IAP2 will continue to incorporate feedback from the 2017 pilot and the redesigned 2018 program to be responsive to its members’ needs and improve its processes. The new process introduces four main changes:
